Jordon Torres DeCosta is the Head Director of the Flag Football Division and Head Coach of Girls Flag Football at Roselle Catholic High School. He is A former collegiate football player and multi-sport high school coach, he brings Six years of dedicated flag football leadership and high school coaching experience to the division.
As Director, his vision goes beyond wins and losses. He is constructing a culture-driven program rooted in discipline, football intelligence, elite preparation, and accountability. Every athlete in the division is developed with intention technically, mentally, and competitively.
Under his direction, the Flag Division is built on:
• Clear standards and high expectations
• Advanced skill development and football IQ
• A unified team culture
• Long-term athlete growth and opportunity

Coach Daniels (Founder)
Former Division 1 player, Coach Daniels & Founder of 4QE is the head trainer and coaches all skill positions on the field (RB, WR, TE, DB, LB). Through a variety of different drills and footwork we prepare our athletes to be at their very best when its time to play.

Coach Sanders
Coach Izzy Sanders (QB Trainer) is a local Central jersey guy, with 23 years of football experience as a player and coach. He is Franklin and Immaculata HS alum, & spent his college Career at the JUCO and Division 2 levels. He comes with a lot of excitement and passion for the “Greatest position in all of sports”. Our Quarterback vision at 4QE is to create a brand of QB’s who posses leadership qualities while efficiently operating mentally and physically.
